Reincarnatiologist Consultant is the second (2nd) qualification level in Reincarnatiology. The first professional level: grants the right to work with clients.

It is a profession: professional status is confirmed by annual accreditation (an IRSIC card). The level system was developed by Maris Dreshmanis.
