Reincarnatiologist Practitioner Trainer is the third (3rd) qualification level in Reincarnatiology. A professional level: grants the right to train practitioners.

It is a profession: professional status is confirmed by annual accreditation (an IRSIC card). The level system was developed by Maris Dreshmanis.
